About Me

Welcome to my Portfolio website. My name is Richard Lynam and  I am a photographer living  in Dublin, Ireland. I have always enjoyed photography but I have really become more passionate about it over that last 5 or 6 years. I am a qualified engineer and I feel the interests that drove me to be an engineer are somewhat reflected in the images I like to capture. I find that I am drawn to a scene that captures some man made elements within, this may be from city or building scenes to landscapes that often include a man made element (be it a bridge, lighthouse or tower).

I greatly enjoy exploring cities, coasts, mountains and valleys whilst carrying my (sometimes to much) camera gear, ready, waiting and hoping to get that next great shot!
